Cityview Managing Director of Investor Relations, Jennifer Halvas, was recently named one of GlobeSt’s 2025 Women of Influence. The national recognition honors professionals who have personally impacted the commercial real estate market and driven the industry to new heights via their outstanding success.
As Managing Director of Investor Relations, Jennifer leads a number of the firm’s investment strategy and initiatives, enables new capital development opportunities and bolsters infrastructure for new and existing investors. She was a driving force behind Cityview’s joint venture strategy, which resulted in the acquisition of 14 assets through individual and portfolio acquisitions in the past year. As a result of her success raising Cityview’s profile with institutional, high-net-worth and family office investors, Cityview acquired three individual assets and a portfolio totaling nearly 800 multifamily units (with an additional 625 units under contract) over the past year.
Under Jennifer’s leadership, Cityview launched its opportunity zone fund platform, which raised $300 million from more than 150 high-net-worth investors and launched its sleeve of family office investors. Jennifer has been instrumental in securing capital needs for five opportunity zone developments as well as for Cityview’s flagship discretionary fund.
A 14-year veteran of Cityview, she uses her deep institutional knowledge to create value for investors and the communities in which Cityview works. For the fifth consecutive year, Cityview was named the no. 1 multifamily developer in Los Angeles by Los Angeles Business Journal, in large part due to Jennifer’s contributions as its Managing Director of Investor Relations.
She also is the visionary behind the Cityview Leadership Academy and Cityview’s Women’s Group, both of which provide the team with robust professional development opportunities and make Cityview one of the best places to work in the industry.
