A new Los Angeles apartment building on Pico Blvd. is now pre-leasing and will welcome its first tenants in August.
Cityview’s The Parker, located at 5935 W. Pico Blvd. between Fairfax and Crescent Heights, offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, smart thermostats, keyless entry and quartz countertops.
The project had previously been described as a 123-unit workforce housing project called Liv on Pico.
Studios at The Parker start at $2,525 per month, with two-bedrooms running up to $4,800, according to the building’s website.
The Parker offers studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments with stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, smart thermostats, keyless entry and quartz countertops.
Amenities starting with the rooftop include a pool, courtyard with daybeds, lounge chairs, firepits, landscaping and views of Hollywood, Century City and Downtown Los Angeles. An open-air cinema includes a projector and amphitheater seating, as well as a ping-pong table, lounge chairs and festival lights.
There are also a courtyard with “intimate” seating; an open-air lounge with “cozy” seating, a light art installation, firepit and city views; and an outdoor dining room with a kitchen, counter seating, tables, BBQ grilling stations, TV, covered dining deck and firepit.
A CV Works coworking space offers both communal and private seating areas as well as a fireside lounge, and there’s fiber-optic internet and Wi-Fi throughout the building.
The fitness center includes a yoga area, treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes and weights, plus an outdoor training deck with battle ropes, boxing bag and a rock-climbing wall.
And the pet-friendly building includes a dog playground with agility equipment, as well as a dog wash and spa.
“Whether taking in the sunset on the rooftop deck, entertaining friends around the pool or getting in a workout on the rock-climbing wall, The Parker offers curated spaces that inspire social connection and creative collaboration,” said Cityview CEO Sean Burton in a statement.
