Vision

Take advantage of a tree lined, serene environment to create a sophisticated architectural statement yet complimentary to older traditional surrounding homes. Inside the homes provide amenities and ambiance important to young professionals.

Results

Joining Prescott Realty Group, a Dallas-based company focusing on urban infill, mixed use residential building, the CityView venture built seven buildings to create comfortable living separation with high energy, open floor plans featuring Bosch stainless steel appliances and floor to ceiling windows while pricing the homes to compete with 40 year old townhomes and smaller single family homes.
