Sean Burton, President and Chief Operating Office, is responsible for financial analysis, underwriting, negotiation and management of the company’s projects. Mr. Burton has directly underwritten and closed projects totaling over 2000 units throughout California, Washington, Arizona and Texas. Mr. Burton was a Vice President, Corporate Business Development and Strategy for Warner Bros. Before Warner Bros., he was an attorney at O'Melveny & Myers, LLP in the real estate and corporate groups. He also served in the White House and with the Democratic National Committee during the Clinton Administration. Sean received a J.D. degree (with honors) from New York University in 1997. He is a Commissioner on the West Los Angeles Area Planning Commission and currently serves as an Officer in the United States Navy Reserve. |

Con Howe, Managing Director of The CityView Los Angeles Fund, has over 30 years of experience in planning and entitlements, having led the planning departments of the nation's two largest cities. He served as Director of Planning for the City of Los Angeles for 13 years, where he championed new zoning to encourage mixed-use and infill housing and adaptive reuse of older structures into housing. Previously he was Executive Director of the New York City Planning Department and, most recently, Director of the Urban Land Institute's (ULI) Center for the West.
