Initial Screen – within 1 week

  1. Review complete Project Package
  2. Prepare initial pro forma
  3. Visit site and developer/homebuilder (“sponsor”)
  4. Indication of initial interest
    to sponsor

Letter of Intent – 3 days

  1.  With builder, ascertain how CityView can assist in
      completing the project
  2. Prepare non-binding letter of intent specifying roles
      and responsibilities

Due Diligence and Close – 4 weeks

  1. Engage independent consultants for due diligence
  2. Create business plan with sponsor
  3. Prepare partnership documents
  4. Submit to investment committee for vote
  5. Close

Post Closing

  1. Monthly meetings with asset managers focusing on
     construction, sales velocity, cost
     controls, closings and customer service
