South City Lights will be CityView's largest investment to date. The site is an infill 280 units, stacked flat condominium project over partial subterranean podium parking. The units consist of 2 or 3 bedrooms and 1.5 to 2 bath homes, ranging in size from 828 to 1,337 square feet in South San Francisco with long distance ocean views in the suburb of San Francisco. The city is only 15 minutes drive from San Francisco, yet has its own small town character and amenities. The Area is well maintained: schools, neighborhood and regional shopping are within minutes of the project. The city has the highest concentration of commercial biotech companies in California (and arguably in the world) and is well positioned to prosper from California's recently approved stem cell research program.
